No. However, it is required that you are collaborating on a shared project. While individual members within that research team can access Dewey Data for individual work as well, you must get a second license if you are collaborating with others outside of your original license.
Yes! For a research team subscription you just need to name all authors, no matter the university. All larger group subscriptions also allow for a set number of external collaborators. Dewey subscribers can always collaborate with other teams or universities that also have a subscription.
Academic research only. The data is made available exclusively to improve academic research. It cannot be used for any commercial or personal purposes, shared, used in derivative works, or stored outside of the terms of the agreement.
